## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Bluewater, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, working collaboratively to achieve sales goals

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store as needed

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

This is a part-time role with flexible shifts, including Monday, Friday, and Saturday evenings from 18:00-22:00.
