## Description

Connexity, a Taboola company, is a data-driven retail performance marketing and commerce platform that helps online retailers acquire new customers and drive incremental sales at a cost that meets their ROI objectives.

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be based in Santa Monica, report to the Director, Global TA, and be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Connexity's U.S. hiring needs.

**Responsibilities:**

- Work with the Director, Global TA to recommend hiring strategies for Connexity

- Stay current with trends in talent acquisition and recommend improvements to tools, workflows, and outreach methods

- Develop a deep understanding of hiring managers' teams, define role requirements and skill needs, build job descriptions, and support feedback calibration and closing candidates

- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation and acceptance

- Set and monitor hiring goals and track key recruiting metrics

- Drive creativity in sourcing candidates through various channels

- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to identify, engage, and build pipelines with high-quality candidates

- Conduct structured interviews and coordinate interview stages with hiring teams

- Maintain a positive candidate and hiring manager experience

- Partner with the broader HR team on cross-functional initiatives

**Requirements:**

- 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in an in-house environment within the tech or digital media industry

- Proven ability to recruit across a variety of functions, including technical and business

- Strong sourcing capabilities and comfort using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media

- Experience working with an ATS and maintaining data accuracy and compliance

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong interviewing skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment

- Solid understanding of employment law and best practices in the U.S. hiring landscape
