As a Recruiting Manager, you will cultivate, lead, mentor, grow, and hire a team of recruiting professionals supporting multiple business functions across Sales in EMEA.

What you’ll do at Figma:

- Manage, mentor, and develop a growing team of recruiters

- Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand business needs and align recruiting resources accordingly

- Partner with recruiting leaders to develop a talent brand strategy that brings in exceptional talent

- Create and implement a team structure that optimizes for efficiency and scale

- Champion initiatives relating to inclusion and diversity

- Build and improve upon recruiting best practices across all orgs

Requirements:

- 10+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, including 2+ years of people management experience

- Demonstrated expertise in SaaS sales recruiting

- Proven experience partnering with stakeholders and senior leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies

- Strong ability to leverage data to measure team performance and inform decision-making

- Experience building and scaling recruiting functions to support organisational growth

Nice to have:

- Experience with diversity and inclusion in recruiting strategy

- Ability to create something new in an ambiguous environment

- Fluency in German or French
