## Description

Laureus Sport for Good Hong Kong is seeking a Programme Manager to join the Sport for Social Impact Capacity Building Programme.

**Programme Management**

- Serve as a key team member, supporting programme leaders in planning, designing, and developing programme materials.

- Lead day-to-day programme implementation and coordinate evaluation activities.

- Coordinate delivery of programme core components, including virtual briefing sessions, organisational diagnostic and development planning consultations, and one-to-one mentorship.

- Prepare, monitor, and report on programme budget and financial status.

- Engage stakeholders and facilitate cross-sector collaboration.

**Event Management**

- Plan, organise, coordinate, and deliver impact showcases and programme event activities.

- Manage event logistics, including RSVP collection and on-site support.

- Prepare evaluation reports and presentation materials.

**Grant Administration and Compliance**

- Prepare quarterly progress reports and expenditure claims.

- Maintain project records, including attendance data and participant information.

- Track delivery against programme output targets and outcome indicators.

**Other Activities**

- Assist in delivering other activities related to the Sport for Social Impact Capacity Building Programme.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Philanthropy, Sport Management, or a related discipline.

- At least six years' experience in Hong Kong in philanthropy-related work or sport programme and business operations management.

- Proven ability in programme management and stakeholder management.

- Experience overseeing project budgets and financial reporting.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English.
