## Description

Electronic Arts is looking for a Senior Manager, Game Product Management to lead product strategy across complex and high-impact areas of EA SPORTS FC.

As a Senior Lead Product Manager, you will play a critical role in understanding players, shaping product strategy, and helping teams make decisions that move the franchise forward.

You will work closely with teams across Product, Design, Development, Analytics, Commercial, Finance, and senior leadership to shape live service strategy, influence feature roadmaps, and ensure that player behavior and product performance are translated into clear, actionable decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading product strategy across complex and high-impact areas of EA SPORTS FC

- Partnering with teams across major FC experiences to shape live service strategy and influence feature roadmaps

- Building deep understanding of player behavior and product performance

- Developing and communicating trusted performance narratives for senior leadership

- Leading or supporting forecasting, opportunity sizing, scenario modeling, and feature impact assessment

- Creating compelling product strategies, business cases, and recommendations

- Defining measurement approaches for features and live service initiatives

- Identifying and developing high-value problem and opportunity spaces

- Influencing senior stakeholders and partner teams without direct authority

- Building strong partnerships across Product, Design, Development, Analytics, Commercial, Finance, and other teams

- Providing strategic direction, mentorship, and product leadership to other Product Managers

- Representing the Product Management perspective in senior cross-functional conversations

Requirements:

- Deep familiarity with EA SPORTS FC, football games, or the broader football ecosystem

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management or closely related product disciplines

- Strong product leadership skills

- Strong analytical capabilities

- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority

- Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills

- Experience developing product strategies, business cases, opportunity sizing, forecasts, or similar analyses

- Experience working closely with Analytics, Data Science, Design, Development, Commercial, Finance, or similar partner functions

- Ability to operate effectively as both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor

- Experience providing leadership, mentorship, or strategic direction to other Product Managers or cross-functional teams
