## Description

Anthropic launches products at lightning speed, and many of them grow at an unprecedented pace. As a Technical Specialist, you'll largely engage with customers post-sale, converting bottom-up developer passion into org-wide meaningful adoption through bespoke enablement tailored to the customer's stack, repos, and workflows.

You'll drive end-user excitement inside enterprise accounts, design and deliver customer-specific enablement programs, and drive deep adoption of proprietary Claude Code capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Designing and delivering customer-specific enablement programs

- Driving deep adoption of proprietary Claude Code capabilities

- Enabling and exciting champions and AI Center of Excellence leads

- Supporting strategic pilots with pre-sales technical enablement

- Running hackathons and builder events

- Building demos, content, and reference implementations

- Being the trusted technical voice in front of customers

- Partnering across GTM and back to product

Requirements:

- 3–7+ years in a customer-facing technical role

- Experience with Claude Code, the Claude Developer Platform, and Cowork

- Ability to hold a room of engineers and deliver technical talks

- Builder credibility with experience as a software engineer, founder, solutions engineer, or developer advocate

- Pilot and evaluation experience

- Strong written and visual communication skills

- Project management instincts

- Willingness to travel

- Deep enthusiasm for AI with hands-on experience building with LLMs

The annual compensation range for this role is $180,000-$365,000 USD.
