## Description

We are seeking a Single Sponsor Clinical Project Director (Program Manager) to join our Clinical Solutions team in Dublin. As a Clinical Project Director, you will play a leadership role in managing a team of direct reports and indirect reports, and will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of studies and/or multiple studies within a program or multiple programs.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage a team of direct reports and indirect reports, and lead ongoing training and coaching of team members

- Provide input into strategic and operational short- and long-range therapeutic area / functional area plans

- Champion Syneos Health's Values and Leadership Commitments

- Oversee the successful execution of studies and/or multiple studies within a program or multiple programs, including financial responsibility

- Lead or oversee study teams related to assigned studies

- Proactively manage vendor engagement and stakeholder relationships at the study-level

- Develop operational strategies for studies to optimize execution

- Act as a manager of managers and individual contributors with a People First approach

- Manage resources for assigned studies, including assessing resource needs and deploying resources effectively

- Participate in Clinical Operations and/or cross-functional change initiatives

- Lead or engage in Clinical Operations-specific change initiatives

- May have business process owner (BPO) responsibilities and/or serve as a subject matter expert for Clinical Operations processes

- Encourage an innovative mindset by championing new ideas and initiatives

- Ensure team's work complies with established practices, policies, and processes, and regulatory requirements

**Requirements**

- BA / BS / RN with end-to-end program management experience, and a solid background in Clinical Trial Management or Clinical Project Management

- Operating at a high level in a cross-functional study management or related leadership experience in CRO or Pharma, including multiple years' experience leading and managing study management or project teams
