## Description

We are seeking a Bilingual (English and French) Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Paris Parts Distribution Center (PDC), which plays a crucial role in distributing automotive service parts to dealers across Canada.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Responding to and resolving parts and service field inquiries from dealership and company representatives

- Handling unit down website requests and issues

- Providing modifications and substitutions of parts to expedite vehicle repairs and service

- Performing cataloguing duties and assisting in ordering parts commodities

- Referring orders, providing promise dates, processing back orders, and manually entering orders into U.S. and Canadian ordering systems as required

- Facilitating and assisting in the redirection of parts, including cross-dock and emergency orders

- Answering and responding to dealer parts and service needs via telephone and online systems, including email

To qualify, you will need:

- A college diploma or equivalent

- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role

- Full fluency in both French and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred qualifications include:

- A bachelor's degree

- Exposure to proprietary systems

- Knowledge of parts numbering systems and dealership parts order procedures

- Ability to perform independently, analyze and resolve technical parts issues, and work collaboratively in a team-based environment

The expected monthly salary for this position is $7,587.00 - $8,651.00.
