## Description

Twitch is looking for a Trust and Safety Analyst to join their team in London, UK.

As a Trust and Safety Analyst, you will play a crucial role in keeping Twitch's communities safe from online harms.

Responsibilities:

- Assess and take action on user reports of policy violations promptly and effectively

- Prioritize swift action on sensitive community issues, including child safety, terrorism, and violent extremism

- Review and respond to internal and external escalations

- Participate in shift rotation for some weekends and holidays

- Maintain expert understanding of Twitch's policies, site features, and internal documentation

- Contribute to the Trust and Safety team to support Twitch's global community

- Identify areas for improvement using a data-driven approach

- Leverage AI tooling and programmes like SQL to build efficiencies and streamline workflows

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Trust and Safety, Risk Operations, Investigations, or a related field

- Experience investigating complex user, content, or platform safety issues

- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, or AI-assisted workflows

- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations

- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and technologies

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure

- Experience with email or notification technologies

- Experience writing Go in production systems
