## What you'll do

You'll be part of our team and support us in our daily work. Your tasks will include...

- Kommunikations- und Change Management Maßnahmen in der Hauptabteilung, sowie übergreifend in der gesamten #DigitalFamily Organisation

- Koordination und Moderation großer Veranstaltungen

- Porsche IT interne Redaktionskonferenzen

- Community Management

## What you need

- Ein Studienplatz für (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie, der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Transformation Management, New Work oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (mindestens im 3. Semester oder im Gap Year zwischen Bachelor und Master)

- Erste Praxiserfahrung als Teil eines Change Management- oder Kommunikations-Teams wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend notwendig

- Interesse an agilen Methoden wie SAFe, Scrum etc.

- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

- Eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

- Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

- Ein sicherer Umgang mit Grafikprogrammen wie CANVA o.ä.
