## Description

Linklaters LLP, a renowned law firm, is seeking an Investment Funds Lawyer to support its growing Investment Funds Practice in Luxembourg.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a leading international firm, delivering high-quality service to clients worldwide.

**Key Responsibilities and Challenges**

- Take instructions from clients and draft documents creatively, clearly, and accurately.

- Conduct research, due diligence, and information management.

- Communicate and negotiate on behalf of clients, leading where appropriate.

**Client Relationship Management**

- Build rapport and establish credibility with clients.

- Continually seek to improve the level of service to clients.

**Business Development**

- Keep up to date with developments in clients' industries and their implications.

**Qualifications**

- European qualified lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience in investment funds law.

- Outstanding academic qualifications.

**Legal Skills and Character**

- Excellent technical and writing skills, including drafting and legal analysis.

- Ability to follow and synthesise legal and regulatory developments and issues.

- Excellent organisational and project management skills, including effective time management and prioritisation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a cross-border team.

- Energy and commitment, with a flexible and proactive approach.

- Self-motivation, resilience, and discipline.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to apply law and regulation practically.

- Ability to leverage IT tools, new technologies, and resources.

**Language Skills**

- Fluent in written and spoken English and French.

- German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset.
