## Description

We are seeking a Gaming Marketing Specialist to join our Sports Marketing team in Denmark. As a Gaming Marketing Specialist, you will primarily focus on developing Red Bull's position within the gaming and esports scene in Denmark. You will manage projects, partnerships, events, and activities related to gaming and streaming, while also contributing to sports marketing projects and events across the department. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing Red Bull's activities within gaming, streaming, and esports, including strategy, content creation, activation, and budget management

- Identifying new trends, profiles, and opportunities within the gaming culture

- Managing partnerships with players, streamers, and teams, including scouting, negotiation, relationship building, and activation

- Organizing and executing events, tournaments, and activations

- Contributing to sports marketing projects and events across the department as needed

- Ensuring strong project management from idea to execution

- Collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and our global headquarters

The ideal candidate will have:

- A passion for the gaming industry and strong project management skills

- Experience with event management and coordination

- The ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas for activations and events

- A strong network within the gaming industry and the ability to represent Red Bull effectively

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- A relevant bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience

- Fluency in Danish and English
