## Description

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly After School Club Leader to join our team at Weston Park Primary School, a diverse multi-cultural school in Crouch End.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting staff to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the After School Club.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and supporting staff effectively

- Promoting positive behaviour and respectful relationships

- Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for children

- Adapting activities to provide inclusive, age-appropriate play and recreational opportunities

- Preparing and organising resources effectively

- Responding confidently and appropriately to children's medical, personal care and wellbeing needs

- Maintaining positive, professional relationships with parents, carers, teachers and colleagues

- Overseeing the preparation and serving of a daily hot meal

- Understanding the importance of safeguarding, health and safety, and effective supervision

Salary: GBP 29,542 - 31,015 per year Hours: Part-time (13.75 hours per week), term-time only
