## Description

We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Manor Hospital in Bedford. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a flexible shift pattern.

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will independently assess and treat patients with complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings. You will develop individualised treatment plans using various physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence. You will also manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.

Responsibilities include:

- Independently assess and treat patients with complex needs

- Develop individualised treatment plans

- Manage a designated caseload efficiently

- Act as a point of contact for junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records

- Participate in audits, service evaluations, and quality improvement projects

- Demonstrate commitment to ongoing CPD and reflective practice

To be considered for this role, you should:

- Be a HCPC-registered Physiotherapist

- Have solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas

- Possess strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills

- Have excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities

- Be committed to team working and service improvement
