This role will support the Agent Recruitment team in terms of providing intelligence and insights on recruitment matters in order to allow good planning and to facilitate recruitment campaign.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Execute recruitment initiatives by providing guidance, support and direction to agency force to ensure the alignment of the company’s strategies

- Work closely with the team to execute recruitment campaigns and promotion. Coordinate recruitment projects/initiatives and recruitment events/activities, service & facilities

- Explore and venture new recruitment activity, prepare and design recruitment kits, presentation PowerPoint materials, digital recruitment channel, articles, recruitment script to power up agency managers

- Handle daily enquiries from agency force

- Assist in ad-hoc projects/workforce as required

**Job Requirements**

- Bachelor degree in any discipline.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in life insurance agency channel across agency recruitment, agency reward / incentives, agency events or other agency channel function

- Experienced in MCV market is preferable

- Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation capabilities

- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently

- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluent Mandarin speaking is an advantage

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
