## Description

We are seeking a talented Beauty Expert to join our team in Milan Malpensa T1 (MXP). As a Beauty Expert, you will be the face of our brand in-store, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and promoting our products.

About the Role: The Beauty Expert will work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our range of beauty products. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs

- Build strong relationships with team members and management

- Provide world-class artistic ability and customer experience

- Adapt approach to different activities, customers, and opportunities

- Follow company standards for personal appearance

Requirements:

- Ideally, a Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy

- Experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in a beauty or retail environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of makeup application and ability to adapt style to different customers
