## Description

You will be part of a team that leads the development of features from concept to production, collaborating closely with hardware, software, program, and leadership teams. Your responsibilities will include auditing specifications, documentation FMEA/DFMEA, and verification and validation plans, covering functional and performance requirements, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. You will also use artificial intelligence assistants to systematically review requirements and test cases, identifying gaps before they become issues in the field.

The ideal candidate has systemic thinking, analytical capabilities, and strong communication skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and making agile decisions under pressure. If you enjoy solving complex problems, questioning established practices with real test cases, and collaborating with various technical areas to deliver safer and more reliable mobility, this role is for you.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead the validation of features at the systems engineering level, from concept to production, including update and migration plans.

- Audit feature specifications, FMEA/DFMEA documentation, and verification and validation plans (functional, performance, safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory).

- Proactively challenge existing test cases, incorporating real-world scenarios and negative testing, using artificial intelligence tools to ensure complete coverage of edge cases.

- Execute validation tests in breadboard, HiL, and vehicle environments, documenting incidents with full traceability (CAN logs, diagnostic traces, etc.) in JIRA.

- Lead program milestone closures (FDJ, FEC, PEC, TT, PP, MP1) with other feature system engineers.

- Prioritize and resolve incidents from development to launch and field life, incorporating customer feedback.

- Drive technical discussions across areas and communicate findings clearly to engineering, program management, and leadership.

**Qualifications**

- University degree in electrical engineering, computer science, automotive engineering, systems engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or related fields.

- 4+ years of experience in systems or feature engineering (incident triage, validation, milestone closure).

- 2+ years of experience in each of the following areas: FMEA/DFMEA analysis, automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet, LIN), requirement definition/test case creation, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

- Practical experience with CAN network analysis tools, such as Vector CANalyzer or GL3400 (essential requirement).

- Systemic thinking, analytical and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

- Ability to make efficient decisions in urgent situations and maintain focus on high-priority projects with tight deadlines.

- Experience connecting hardware and software development teams.
