## Description

Join Marks & Spencer's team as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at Stafford Retail Park. You'll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role ensuring the store runs smoothly. Your tasks will include managing stock, handling deliveries, and maintaining the shop floor's appearance.

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 14:00 - 20:30

- Friday: 15:30 - 22:00

- Saturday: 15:30 - 22:00

**Important Note:** Due to operational needs, you may be required to work full-time hours during the weeks of December 13th and 20th.

**Age Requirement:** This role involves operating mechanical equipment, so applicants must be at least 18 years old to comply with health and safety legislation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain stock levels and manage deliveries efficiently.

- Ensure the shop floor is well-stocked, clean, and organised.

- Be digitally confident to use tools for tracking deliveries and managing stock.

- Work flexibly across the store as needed.

- Collaborate with colleagues to support store operations.
