## Description

As a global marketing manager for glazing business at 3M, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

You will make an impact by:

- Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing glazing products.

- Developing annual operating plans and strategic marketing plans for the glazing business.

- Implementing strategic marketing plans, including campaigns, events, and digital marketing.

- Undertaking continuous analysis of market trends and the competitive environment.

- Gathering customer insights to continually refine product roadmaps.

- Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and working closely with the NPI team to define marketing materials and programs.

- Working closely with the sales team to enable them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with suitable tools, materials, and presentations.

- Managing the glazing portfolio to continue revenue and margin growth.

To set you up for success in this role, 3M requires:

- A bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).

- Three years of industry experience in automotive or electronics in a private, public, government, or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Five years of industry experience in automotive or electronics in a private, public, government, or military environment.

- Glazing industry experience.

- An MBA from an accredited institution.
