## Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at Red Bull North America, Inc.

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move finished products to the warehouse or onto trucks for distribution to customers. You will also perform pre-trip inspections and maintain the energy source for the lift, operate and troubleshoot palletizing equipment, and ensure the effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Safely operating a forklift to move inventory within the facility

- Conducting pre-trip inspections and maintaining the energy source for the lift

- Operating, changing over, cleaning, troubleshooting, and completing basic maintenance on palletizing equipment

- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment

- Performing safety inspections and audits as required

- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures

- Using scanning equipment to track inventory accurately

- Collaborating with other forklift drivers to prevent line stoppages and improve operations

Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Forklift operations experience is essential

- Ability to regularly lift, move, and place up to 25 pounds of inventory as needed

- Experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage

- English proficiency; additional languages are an asset

In return for your hard work, we offer:

- $20.00 per hour and $3.00 shift differential

- 7% target quarterly bonus
