## Description

NVIDIA is seeking a senior back-end software engineer to help redefine GPU Cloud computing. The successful candidate will craft and deliver new GPU service platforms for cloud computing in Deep Learning and AI.

**Job Summary:** As a senior cloud software engineer, you will architect, design, plan, implement, and operate complex PaaS for GPU cloud services. You will work closely with partners, stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and front-end engineers to drive the underlying technology stack and implementation methodology.

**Responsibilities:**

- Architect, design, plan, implement, and operate complex PaaS for GPU cloud services.

- Help drive the underlying technology stack and implementation methodology.

- Collaborate with partners, stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and front-end engineers on new products or features.

- Ensure module and product consistency across teams.

- Foster test-driven development practices, test automation, and CI/CD.

- Provide customer-focused support, maintenance, and documentation of software functionality.

**Requirements:**

- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 8+ years of hands-on experience building complex microservices.

- Strong background in building and operating large-scale distributed cloud services.

- Proficiency in OOP concepts, design patterns, and large-scale back-end systems.

- Strong knowledge of core Java, RDBMS, NoSQL databases, HTTP REST API, gRPC, security, and networking.

- Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and monitoring system performance.

**Nice to Have:**

- Expertise in Java, Springboot, Golang, Gatling, Python, Kubernetes, and Docker.

- Familiarity with InfluxDB, Cassandra, RDS, Elasticsearch, Solr, and Splunk.

- Cloud practitioner with experience in one or more cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
