As an Engagement Manager, you will be a critical leader within our consulting team, working side-by-side with our clients. The position offers excellent career and growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals with relevant prior experience.

Your initial responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing complex programs to ensure on-time delivery that meets agreed upon goals

- Managing the execution of individual project modules, including developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses

- Owning and developing executive client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences

- Guiding and influencing clients in an informed way across all situations

- Developing others and building a followership

- Supporting Principals/Partners in project execution through excellent project management

- Managing and developing the capabilities of junior consulting staff

We are seeking high-calibre individuals with:

- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, and Technology sectors

- In-depth knowledge of the sector

- Strong analytical and synthesis skills

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to take the initiative and seek out opportunities to learn new skills

- Aptitude for analytical work

- Willingness to travel
