## Description

As a Sales Specialist- Collision Repair, 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division, you will lead sales efforts across all 3M brands/products into the collision repair segment of the US Automotive Aftermarket Division.

Responsibilities include:

- Implementing sales programs, plans, and policies as agreed upon with your direct supervisor

- Determining priorities, frequencies, and call patterns to be most effective and productive

- Supporting division and regional programs and initiatives

- Creating business plans for end-users and solutions to everyday problems, and tracking all activities in the 3M CRM tool

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher with 2 years of sales and/or Automotive Aftermarket industry experience

- OR High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience within the Automotive/Collision industry

- Current, valid driver's license

Preferred qualifications:

- Financial acumen

- Technical expertise in the Automotive and/or Collision industry

- Relationship building with a competitive nature

- Well-organized, self-starter

- Time management

- Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history.

The expected compensation range for this position is $113,752 - $139,031, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
