## Description

The Supply Chain & Manufacturing function at Diageo is a large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering, and supplier partnerships. As a Quality and Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with various management systems, including FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Establish, maintain, improve, and ensure compliance with management systems required for FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001

- Lead activities to ensure ongoing readiness for certification and surveillance audits

- Create, implement, and maintain food safety audit programs and associated procedures

- Develop and be responsible for a structured hygiene inspection and verification program

- Lead, maintain, and review HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP programs, ensuring ongoing effectiveness and compliance

- Review working practices and procedures to verify compliance with food safety requirements

- Identify and implement improvements to strengthen food safety performance and system effectiveness

- Support the development and maintenance of governance systems that underpin food safety compliance

- Promote a strong culture of food safety and own the integration of food safety principles into routine operational activities, through education and training

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Food Science, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, or a related field

- HACCP Team Leader certification

- Internal Auditor qualification covering FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001

- 5+ years' experience working within a food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing environment

- Practical experience maintaining a certified Food Safety Management System

- Experience participating in external certification audits and customer audits

- Experience leading HACCP reviews
