## Description

We are seeking an experienced Specialty Printing and Technology Solutions (SPTS) Account Manager to manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities in China.

**Managing Existing Accounts (30% of time)** You will maintain good engagement with key accounts, track sales performance, and collaborate with the Ops team on order fulfillment. You will also provide rolling sales forecast updates, plan and execute programs to drive revenue growth, promote new products, and drive partner/customer loyalty to HP TIJ technology.

**Developing New Accounts and New Projects (70% of time)** You will actively explore new business opportunities, screen and evaluate new leads, and lead project management in new account development and new project development. You will also support local marketing programs, provide market feedback, and request WW product roadmap planning.

**Key Measurements** Your performance will be measured by revenue achievement, YoY growth, partner/customer relationship, sales funnel development, and project management.

**Qualifications** You will need a university degree, preferably in engineering, and at least 10 years of sales experience with a good track record. Good communication skills in English and local language are required, as well as high self-motivation and result-driven personality. Experience in the printing industry is a must.
