## Description

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join the Facilities & Equipment Maintenance team located in Helena, Montana.

This position is for Monday - Thursday from 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM (4 – 10’s).

The successful candidate will have a background in equipment maintenance and a strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance of CNC equipment with Fanuc and Siemens controls.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform maintenance on factory equipment

- Troubleshoot, analyze, inspect, disassemble, rebuild, modify and test factory machinery and equipment as necessary using knowledge in areas such as mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics

- Assist with interpreting blueprints and schematics to maintain and repair equipment

- Respond to requests for equipment repair

- Identify and request component and replacement part inventories

**Basic Qualifications:**

- 1+ years of experience maintaining, repairing, and conducting preventive maintenance on commercial mechanical systems

- 1+ years of experience interpreting commercial technical data including drawings, maintenance and operations manuals

- 1+ years of experience working with various material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and cranes

- Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- 1+ years of experience operating Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Hydraulic Systems

- 1+ years of experience performing predictive and/or preventative maintenance

- 1+ years of experience working with suppliers

**Salary Range:**

- Associate (Level B): $52,000 – $55,000

- Mid-level (Level C): $56,700 – $60,500

- Senior (Level D): $66,700 – $70,500

**Sign-On Bonus:**

- External candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $2,500
