## Description

We are seeking a Deputy Manager, Product Development and Marketing to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.

As a Deputy Manager, Product Development and Marketing, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of new and enhanced health/takaful plans, from product concept to launch, ensuring completion within project timelines and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing product documentation, including customer-facing collaterals and submission papers for internal and regulatory approvals.

- Initiating and executing product campaigns, including ideation, concept development, segmentation, and terms and conditions, working with Campaign teams within stipulated timelines and budgets.

- Managing product and project requirements, including conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Certificate Documents and Product Illustration system development for all new and enhanced products.

- Supporting health initiatives, including customer campaigns, health sustainability, and distribution support.

The successful candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Marketing, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Insurance, or other related fields of study.

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in product development, product management, or a related role within the insurance or takaful industry.

- Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to interpret data, conduct market analysis, and derive actionable insights.

- Excellent communication skills.

- A positive attitude, proactive and committed, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
