## Description

As a Sales Manager at NEXT's Hereford Old Market store, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets.

The role involves:

- Supporting the store management team across all product areas

- Managing a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes

- Creating an atmosphere that motivates and inspires your team

- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities

- Ensuring up-to-date and accurate communication

You should:

The role is part-time with 17 hours per week, shifts are Tuesday 15:00 - 19:00, Friday 13:30 - 19:00, and Saturday 08:45 - 18:00. The salary is from £11,745.
