## Description

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Quincy, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for the manufacturing process of US Maritime primary energetic payloads intended for cutting-edge Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs).

**Responsibilities**

- Lead the NPI manufacturing development process for a suite of Maritime munition products

- Collaborate with energetics and product engineering teams to drive DFX into munition system design

- Develop and optimize end-to-end production processes to achieve capacity, reliability, and safety targets

- Oversee explosive and subsea service providers on outsourced assembly/test operations

- Generate and refine associative BOP, MBOMs, MES Routings, and Work Instructions

- Project manage production milestones including test validation, equipment bring up, delivery, and sustainment

- Employ LEAN manufacturing and statistical methods to improve production processes and eliminate defects

- Coordinate with EHS, Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Deployment teams to achieve production goals

- Create control plans based upon up-to-date DFMEA and PFMEAs

**Requirements**

- BS or higher degree in electrical, mechanical, aerospace, or another engineering discipline

- 5+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware

- Demonstrated ability to creatively deliver electromechanical hardware in a fast-paced environment

- Strong passion for manufacturing and extremely mission-driven

- Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time

- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
