## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Selby Three Lakes, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

**Work Pattern:**

- Friday 19:00 - 23:00

- Saturday 19:00 - 23:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide remarkable service to make sure customers feel truly valued every time they shop with us

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, where everyone works hard and supports each other

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment and work across various areas of the store

**Requirements:**

- Digitally confident with ability to use digital tools

- Resilient and committed brand ambassador

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment

- Flexibility to work varying shifts

- No previous experience necessary, training provided

**Benefits:**

- Competitive pay rate

- Unsocial premium of £3.00 p/h for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
