## Description

As the Regional Healthcare Environment Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated regional healthcare environment strategies to improve patient access and enable sustainable business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop regional environment strategies and priorities based on healthcare policy, hospital dynamics, patient access needs, and business impact.

- Lead systematic assessment and prioritization of hospital-level environment opportunities and barriers.

- Guide the HSM team to develop and execute differentiated solutions for priority hospitals.

- Monitor outcomes, capture best practices, and drive replication across the region.

- Explore, pilot, and scale innovative platforms, models, and solutions through cross-functional collaboration.

- Drive local policy shaping through the HSM team and close cross-functional collaboration.

- Serve as the key regional integrator for healthcare environment priorities.

- Lead, coach, and develop the HSM team.

**Requirements:**

- Solid experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, preferably in anti-infectives.

- Proven experience in healthcare environment shaping, hospital management, or healthcare policy initiatives.

- Strong strategic thinking and business judgment.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams or complex cross-functional initiatives.

- Strong learning agility and openness to innovation.

- Bachelor's degree or above.

- Strong English reading and written communication skills.
