## Description

The Market RevOps Lead is an individual contributor who acts as the strategic RevOps business partner to the sales market leader and second-line managers.

You will be responsible for leading complex projects to improve sales operations, analyzing business trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements, implementing new methods and procedures, coordinating with global teams, and mentoring managers.

In the market, you will answer six key questions for the market leader:

- What should we do about it?

- Will we make the number?

- Is the plan achievable?

- Can we sell faster?

- Are we running it well?

- Did it actually stick?

You will also lead or co-lead strategic projects where your judgment and experience are most useful, such as cross-market planning or compensation design questions, seller productivity, onboarding and risk process change.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, finance business partnering or consulting, with exposure to compensation, planning and forecast.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead complex projects to improve sales operations.

- Analyze business trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements.

- Implement new methods and procedures for special assignments.

- Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency in operations.

- Mentor managers and provide guidance on project execution.

**Requirements:**

- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Judgment, comfort with ambiguity, thought partnership, business-model fluency, influence without authority, project leadership, hands-on capability, and executive presence.
