Peloton is hosting a virtual Hiring Event on Monday, October 26, 2026, to find top-performing, energetic, and customer-focused sales professionals to join our Phoenix store team.

### Roles We Are Hiring For

#### 1. Lead Expert (Full-Time)

- As a top-performing sales professional and floor leader, you will set the pace on the sales floor in a high-energy, commission-driven environment, driving individual revenue, managing CRM leads, and coaching peers to support a strong sales culture.

- Key focus areas include meeting or exceeding sales targets, auditing team CRM leads, leading floor operations during manager absence, and conducting engaging product demonstrations.

- Required qualifications: 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in premium or commission sales, proven peer-mentorship abilities, highly organized with CRM experience, and a passion for health and wellness.

- Physical demands: Active role requiring standing, walking, demonstrating products, and lifting 35+ lbs.

#### 2. Part-Time Peloton Expert

- As the core front-line driver of our store's success, you will focus on building long-lasting client relationships, driving sales through product demonstrations, and maintaining high visual and operational standards.

- Key focus areas include individual sales achievement, Salesforce CRM outreach, exceptional customer service, and product education.

- Required qualifications: Prior customer-facing sales experience, strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and schedule flexibility.

- Physical demands: Active role requiring standing, walking, demonstrating products, and lifting 25+ lbs.

#### 3. Seasonal Part-Time Peloton Expert (Through January 31st)

- Join us for the busy holiday season and deliver immersive in-store experiences, educate guests on Peloton products and content, and help new Members start their fitness journeys.

- Key focus areas include in-store customer engagement, matching guests to the right products, supporting community and marketing events, and inventory or merchandising tasks.

- Required qualifications: Customer service or fitness experience, empathetic listening skills, strong teamwork, and flexible availability throughout the seasonal timeframe.
