## Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at GenScript European division, headquartered in Rijswijk, Netherlands.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will act as a bridge between our customers and internal teams, providing technical advice and customized solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily customer service operations, handling inquiries, complaints, and technical support

- Provide primary technical advice to customers, identifying and interpreting their requirements

- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to develop customer-focused solutions and support business growth

- Occasionally attend trade shows and give technical presentations

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Cell biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Molecular biology or related life science fields

- Strong laboratory experience in molecular biology, protein science, cell biology, or related disciplines

- Fluency in English, with fluency in French or German being a plus

- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

- Customer-focused, proactive, and action-oriented
