## Description

As a RN Clinical Educator at IQVIA, you will leverage your clinical nursing expertise in a new way outside patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals and advocating for patient well-being through medical device technology.

Your primary focus will be training and educating Registered Nurses and Physicians on topical antiseptic kits on behalf of clients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff to support medical device implementations.

- Assessing customer-specific education needs and collaborating with staff to deliver a positive educational experience.

- Utilizing clinical nursing expertise to answer questions and address concerns with the medical device.

- Providing updates, reports, and valuable feedback to clients during and after in-service assignments.

In terms of scheduling, you can expect:

- An average of 1 assignment per month, ranging from 3-5 days per assignment, with a 1-week-a-month commitment.

- All training is provided and paid.

The role requires:

- RN/BSN qualification, with other bachelor's degrees in health-related fields considered with an ADN/ASN.

- A minimum of 2-3 years of recent clinical bedside patient care experience.

- National travel is required.

Preferred qualifications include:

- Ability to work in a group setting and exhibit strong professional acumen.

This position offers a potential base pay range of $35-$38 per hour, depending on factors such as job-related qualifications, location, and schedule.

Benefits information is available upon request, but note that this position is not eligible for medical benefits.

Duties may require compliance with client requirements that all those performing services on-site be fully vaccinated.
