## Description

We are seeking a VIE Commitment Board Officer to join our Finance, Strategy & Transformation team at Eurostar International.

As a VIE Commitment Board Officer, you will play a key role in managing projects and ensuring good governance within the company.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing the Commitment Board: administering the board, receiving and analysing investment files, and managing the agenda.

- Ensuring internal communication: sharing key project information and investment requests with the financial management team.

- Analysing projects: scoring projects based on their relevance and alignment with the company's overall strategy.

- Contributing to the project portfolio: helping to develop and maintain the company's project portfolio.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in finance, business school, or equivalent.

- Strong communication skills, proactive approach, and project management abilities.

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and visual presentation.

- Fluency in French (both written and spoken).

- Good level of English required.
