## Description

We are seeking an Attributes and Homologation Engineer to join our team in Casablanca.

You will manage projects related to thermal and energy management systems and associated attributes. Your responsibilities will include developing integration and validation plans, preparing and facilitating test planning meetings, coordinating activities, and ensuring effective communication among project stakeholders.

You will also create, monitor, schedule, and manage physical validation tests through PLM tools, anticipate potential delays, assess associated risks, and propose corrective actions. Additionally, you will evaluate test results to ensure compliance with validation requirements and established testing procedures.

**Requirements:**

- Degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Embedded Systems.

- Strong knowledge of engine operation, ECUs, and control systems.

- Knowledge of thermal management and energy management systems.

- Skills in data analysis, diagnostics, and problem-solving.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an automotive project environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
