## Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will provide support to clients and account managers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide support to clients and account managers, managing client requests and issues in CRM and E-Commerce platforms

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and meet deadlines

- Maintain meeting minutes and support administrative tasks for the CRM and E-Commerce team

- Organize information, track KPIs, and provide updates to clients on case progress

- Assist in controlling deliveries and ensuring quality of services provided

- Support account managers in managing client accounts

- Participate in client meetings to understand client needs and provide input

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Intermediate English language skills

- Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, Brazil (South Zone)

- Availability to work morning shift, 9am-4pm
