## Description

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) is seeking an experienced and innovative museum or exhibition curator to lead the operations and public engagement activities of its reimagined finance museum, set to open in the second quarter of 2027.

As the AVP/VP - Community Engagement, you will oversee the launch and ongoing evolution of the finance museum, supporting the delivery of immersive and impactful visitor experiences through relevant themes and creative content that underscore HKEX's strategic vision to build a multi-asset ecosystem for Hong Kong's markets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading day-to-day museum management, visitor services, tour arrangements, and souvenir shop coordination

- Curating outreach programs and tour experiences, such as themed workshops and presentations, to promote financial market awareness and share HKEX and Hong Kong market heritage and milestones

- Building and deepening relations with schools, professional bodies, community groups, and other local organizations to develop collaboration opportunities that drive awareness

- Bringing the museum vision to life, telling the story of Hong Kong's status as a global financial hub and the continuous development of HKEX's markets

- Incorporating visitor and stakeholder feedback, guided by corporate strategic developments, to renew content and develop rotating thematic exhibitions

Requirements:

- University educated, preferably in communications, social sciences, or a related discipline

- Minimum 7 years of experience in museum or exhibition operations, community engagement, stakeholder management, content development, or related areas

- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), with strong presentation and networking skills

- Understanding of financial markets would be a plus

- Solid project management skills to manage multiple priorities and a proven self-starter

- Customer-focused, creative, organized, detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities

- Occasional flexible hours required for weekend events and opening activities
