## Description

We are seeking a People Development and Engagement Manager (L&D) to join our team at People & Culture Strategy in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

As a People Development and Engagement Manager (L&D), you will manage the end-to-end delivery of learning programs across India, including planning, scheduling, logistics, and evaluation. You will partner with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and local coordinators to deliver high-quality training initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for learning initiatives, tracking program metrics and outcomes, and hosting regional learning sessions.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of learning programs across India

- Partner with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and local coordinators to deliver high-quality training initiatives

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for learning initiatives

- Track program metrics and outcomes to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement

- Host and facilitate regional learning sessions

- Design, localize, and maintain learning content and materials for APAC

- Build strong relationships with internal teams and department leaders to align learning initiatives with business priorities

- Use learning management systems to manage registrations, track attendance, report program outcomes, and support administrative activities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years of experience in learning and development, program management, or a related field within financial services

- A detailed understanding of the financial services industry and experience supporting this employee population

- Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines

- Experience facilitating learning sessions and designing engaging workshops for diverse audiences

- Strong stakeholder management, written communication, and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and execute global plans in a fast-paced environment
