## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We are looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Provide style advice and excellent customer service

- Operate in a high-demand environment, adapting to changing situations

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and meeting sales targets

- Be flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings

The ideal candidate will be digitally confident, efficient, and effective, with excellent communication skills.

**Work Pattern:** Tuesday: 14:00 - 21:30 Friday: 09:00 - 16:00 Saturday: 09:00 - 16:00

**Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.**
