## Description

We are seeking a Branch Operations professional to join our team in Taipei. As a key member of our Branch Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, complete, and accurate processing of relevant information.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- FINI's tax ID registration

- Cash, securities, and trading account opening process

- FINI name changed and account closed operations

- Understand custody account opening process and applicable regulations

- Prepare documentation and perform tasks related to audit, control, and reconciliation purpose

- Monitor and follow up on pending items for daily activities and ad-hoc tasks

- Support client reporting and inquiries

- Communicate with local brokers, Taiwan depositary, and local tax agents for account opening and audit process

- Participate in system enhancement and ad-hoc system testing for client's request, market change, or system regular upgrade

- Monthly invoice process

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, or relevant field

- Experience in banking operations or custodian function is preferred

- Good knowledge of FINI system in Taiwan market

- Good communication and English written skills

- Ability to work independently

- Digital transformation, process automation, and efficiency delivery experience

- Proficiency in workflow AI tools, drives innovation, proactive in identifying and implementing technological solutions, and a forward-thinking mindset

- Sufficient MS office skills

- Trust Operations Personnel License

- Basic Test on Financial Markets and Professional Ethics
