## Description

We are seeking an Associate Principal to lead implementation of evidence synthesis projects to support HTA and/or regulatory submissions. As an Associate Principal, you will be a methodologic expert with substantial experience in providing consulting services to Pharmaceutical clients.

Responsibilities:

- Lead implementation of evidence synthesis projects from pre-award to final delivery

- Lead project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables according to timelines

- Synthesize data qualitatively and quantitatively, and guide junior staff

- Manage projects, oversee operational, financial, and administrative requirements

- Independently qualify leads, develop proposals, attend bid defenses, and manage contracting

- Support senior staff on business initiatives as required

- Work effectively across time zones as part of a global team

Qualifications, Experience, Technical and Personal Skills:

- Master's in epidemiology or biostatistics (or other health sciences)

- 7+ years of experience implementing evidence synthesis research in a pharma consulting environment

- PhD in epidemiology or biostatistics (or other health sciences) preferred

- 5+ years of experience as client point of contact on projects

- Significant experience with Bayesian NMAs, ITCs, and meta-analysis

- Solid understanding of SLR concepts, guidelines, and required rigor

- Strong ability to quality check own and others' work

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Fluency in English (spoken and written)

- Commitment to working collaboratively and effectively with others

- Pragmatic and logical problem-solving approach
