## Description

As a Product Marketer at 3M, you will lead or support the new product development and commercialization process.

Responsibilities include:

- Marketing operations, including forecasting, supply, and manufacturing, with cross-functional teams

- Executing pricing strategies

- Conducting market intelligence studies

- Researching new applications, product development, market trends, and seeking new market opportunities

- Analyzing competition and regularly updating data

- Executing integrated business plans

- Managing operational marketing for selected market segments

- Creating product content and selling tools for the sales team
