## Description

This leadership role will lead the evolution of People Operations, People Technology and workforce reporting capabilities across a complex and fast-moving environment.

You are a commercially minded People leader with extensive experience leading People Operations, HR Services, Employee Services or HR Technology functions.

Key areas of focus include:

- Developing and executing the People Operations and Technology roadmap and priorities

- Leading and maturing people services and shared services capabilities

- Driving process simplification, automation and digital transformation initiatives

- Enhancing people systems, reporting and workforce data capabilities

- Partnering with senior leaders to improve organisational effectiveness and employee experience

- Building a high-performing team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Technical and experience requirements:

- Hands-on HRIS experience (e.g., BambooHR, Employment Hero, Workday, SuccessFactors)

- Strong Excel and analytical capability

- Direct people-leadership experience

- Programme/change management experience

- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation

- Working familiarity with AI tools in an HR context

- Degree or diploma in HR, business management, or finance
