## Description

As a FBS WFM Coordinator - Support Services, you will provide administrative support for timekeeping and compliance for a business unit. Your responsibilities include:

- Conducting daily and weekly auditing of employee benefit time, including PTO, FMLA, and other leaves of absence

- Updating applicable systems with attendance and status entries

- Using foundational data analysis techniques and system reporting tools to identify employee attendance trends and patterns

- Communicating findings and concerns to leadership and HR

- Providing front-line service to employees, supervisors, and managers related to timekeeping, benefit time, and exceptions driven by wage and hour compliance reporting

- Conducting leader sign-off of timecards for supported employees

- Reviewing employee timecards and validating hours worked as recorded in workforce management and company timekeeping systems

- Approving timecards or coordinating with leaders to resolve discrepancies or concerns

- Creating ad hoc reporting as requested

Occasional weekend work may be required.

The role requires a high degree of confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail to support internal customers at all levels within the department.
