**Job Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or higher, with less than one year of postgraduate full-time work experience.

- Self-motivated with a genuine interest in developing a career in banking and finance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, learning agility, and a can-do attitude.
