## Description

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team at Le NEST Paris La Défense MGallery Collection, a 5-star hotel located in the heart of La Défense.

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office, greeting and supporting guests, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the front desk and guest services

- Handling guest inquiries and requests

- Processing reservations and check-ins/check-outs

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

- Maintaining accurate records and reports

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills

- Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office

- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is an asset
