## Description

We are seeking a Regional On Premise Manager East / Tokyo to lead our On Premise team in Tokyo.

As a Regional On Premise Manager, you will be responsible for breaking down and implementing the national business plan in the assigned region. You will lead the Musketeers team and optimize sales, brand presence, and awareness throughout the On Premise channel.

**Responsibilities:**

- Be the credible voice of On Premise for Red Bull, ensuring effective communication and knowledge transfer within the regional and national teams.

- Build and maintain a strong and highly effective team, leading and coaching direct reports to increase productivity and engagement.

- Develop and implement the regional On Premise business plan, setting up KPIs and evaluating execution.

- Manage team resources, including budget and POS material, effectively.

- Carry out ongoing analysis of market research, KPIs, and reporting tool database.

**Requirements:**

- 5-10 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success, and 3-5 years of management experience (FMCG experience is a plus).

- Deep knowledge and strong network in the On Premise environment (nightlife, gastronomy, etc.).

- Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to turn market research, sales data, and forecasts into effective sales activation and compelling brand marketing activities.

- A 'social chameleon' who can adapt communication, presentation style, and professional appearance to different audiences and situations.
