## Description

The Employer Branding & Site Development Specialist executes and monitors activities within broader initiatives, ensuring alignment with the brand positioning and corporate strategy. Responsibilities include developing materials, managing digital campaigns, and supporting social media activities. The role involves analysing competitors and sector benchmarks, monitoring campaign performance, and proposing optimisation measures. Additionally, the position supports organising industry events, trade fairs, and sponsorships, ensuring consistent brand representation. The role contributes to improving CRM and automation processes to increase operational efficiency. Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders ensures coherent and effective execution across multiple platforms and audience segments.

Key responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of competitive insights and sector benchmarks, translating results into operational recommendations for aligning strategies.

- Analyse local labour market trends and talent dynamics to support the positioning of the new site/location.

- Execute and monitor assigned work packages within initiatives and/or campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, optimising engagement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Improve CRM, analytics, and automation processes, identifying efficiencies and proposing improvements to support operations.

- Identify gaps in workflows and processes, suggest improvement interventions, and support the development of optimised procedures.

- Monitor and analyse campaign and channel performance, presenting data-driven insights to senior management.

- Cross-functional collaboration – collaborate with the global team and internal experts to strengthen brand awareness and ensure alignment with corporate initiatives.

The ideal profile:

- Completed degree in a relevant field.

- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in similar roles.

- Knowledge of primary tools, including traditional and digital channels.

- Proven experience in data analysis and using dedicated tools.

- Excellent English language skills (advanced level).

- Outstanding analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
